Marshall Cleaning Service serves residential and commercial customers with both interior and exterior cleaning.  Owner and operator Brian Marshall came to us initially for help setting up a single integration between the forms on their website and their CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform. Before working with Adhesion each submission would come into their email inbox. This information then needed to be manually entered into their CRM. While this single action didn’t take very long to complete it would interrupt their work day and could happen multiple times every day. Since the majority of the people submitting their information on these forms were potential customers it was important that they were contacted as soon as possible.

We follow the same process every time where we complete a thorough discovery process, learn about the business operations and processes and then provide a suggested solution. There is no such thing as a one-size fits all solution when it comes to software and software integrations. For Marshall Cleaning Service we implemented a new online form solution as part of our implementation. For this step we had to coordinate with their marketing agency to update the form across multiple different sites. We then completed an integration between the form solution and their CRM using Zapier. To make sure that they were immediately altered to a new submission we also included a simple notification email that gets sent to the team when a form submission is made.
